Hi everybody, remember me? I'm Rodney Allen Rippy:

I used to pitch hamburgers for "Jack N the Box".  I want to tell you about this amazing new product, a new idea, a revolutionary advance in science that is destined to change the way people smoke forever.  It's called the Electronic Cigarette and I've teamed up with Never Light Again, a respectable and experienced company based out of Southern California.

After many hours of research about the health issues associate with tobacco addiction, I've decided to represent this company and let as many people as I can know that there is a
smoking alternative available to help them either "Kick the habit" or change their smoking habits
to exclude tobacco, tar and other harmful chemicals that causes cancer and heart disease.

More and more people around the world are increasing their health consciousness.  While non-smokers have, until recently lagged behind, E-cigarettes now offers the traditional smoker
a new option.  They're designed as a safer and cleaner alternative to conventional smoking to help smokers lead a healthier lifestyle. Read some of the starling facts below and you will realize why I'm on this mission.

WHAT DOES THE MEDIA SAY ABOUT E-CIGARETTES?
m Chief Medical Correspondent of CNN says, "This is becoming quite popular! Nicotine in and of itself is used to help people stop smoking and, "We had somebody who's a smoker try this and they were actually pretty surprised at how much it did feel like smoking, you do have the device that looks like a cigarette, your putting it to your're mouthand puffing it like a cigarette...he was actually really surprised at how much it felt like a cigarette."
m ABC News says, "E-Cigarettes, They’re marketed as a way for smokers to get a nicotine fix whithout paying high taxes and facing
bans on lighting up in Public Places".
m "Getting the nicotine without the smoke is an enormous health advantage for cigarette smokers"  But again, it's the smoke
that kills, not the nicotine. Yes, nicotine is highly addictive, and it is what keeps the smoker hooked. But getting the nicotine without the smoke is an enormous health advantage for cigarette smokers (the nicotine inserts come in various strengths and the users can adjust them downwards as they wish)
m "E-cigarettes... looks like a cigarette, and even puffs smoke" like a cigarette.  I was not familiar with e-cigarettes, but the basic idea
is this: it looks like a cigarette, and even puffs "smoke" like a cigarette (actually water vapor.) But an e-cigarette doesn't have any of the tobacco or additives of a cigarette. It's just a battery-charged cartridge. That's why it's promoted as a safer alternative for people addicted to smoking.
m Smokeless Tobacco Sales Light Up: Cigarettes sales by volume have plummented 17% from 2005, partly the result of health
warning and bans on smoking in public places as well as taxation by local and federal governments.  Scientiists say that overall smokeless tobacco produces are less harmful than cigarettes, in large part because of the risk of lung cancer.  But medical experts agree that quitting tobacco altogether is the best alternative.
